Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie will supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other workers engaged in preparing and cooking food by performing the following duties. Follow direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste and production.

Pastry Cook

Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Pastry Cook prepares quality pastries such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, mousses, fruit curds, coulis, sauces and composed mini pastries, plated desserts, and buffet items. Assist in complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.

Senior Event Captain

The Senior Event Captain coordinates, organizes, and executes events. Responsible for making sure that the event is set correctly according to the function sheet, the food is presented well, and service is seamless. They are in charge of floor staff and making sure that staff are in uniform and serving the clients in a prompt and friendly manner. They are the liaison to the chefs and cooking staff communicating what food needs to be replenished. The Event Captain works directly with the Protocol team and Account Executives, and are in charge of addressing and remedying any questions or concerns that come up before or during service.

Catering Truck Driver

The Truck Driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the delivering and receiving operations. This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations between company and client sites. Food deliveries will be required throughout the region.

Specialty Pastry & Cake Decorator

The Specialty Pastry & Cake Decorator is responsible for cake assembly, finishing, decorating including inscription, and production of custom items such as hand-painted cookies, gumpaste flowers and décor. The Specialty Pastry and Cake Decorator must have proficiency in tempering chocolate to create garnishes, bonbons and truffles.

PT Food Expeditor

The Food Expeditor is responsible for gathering and organizing food from the kitchen and pastry departments, and packing it for transportation to event sites. The Food Expeditor will work with the Expediting Manager and Sous Chefs to check both the quality and quantity of the food that has been prepared. Ensures food is packed in accordance with the delivery timeline.

Sales Associate

The Sales Associate provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Assists Account Executive with ensuring events are successful by offering administrative support, on-site support visits, coordination of tastings, client’s visits, etc.

AM Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty reports to the Transportation Manager, and works with him/her to ensure events are dispatched on time. Primary responsibilities include answering and responding to emergency calls, and managing the transportation team in the building and on the road.
