Chocolatier

Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Chocolatier manages and oversees the production of all chocolates and confections. This includes, but not limited to molded bonbons, truffles, barks, plated dessert garnishes, caramels, marshmallows, toffees and other specialty items. Assist in complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The Chocolatier is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.

Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie will supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other workers engaged in preparing and cooking food by performing the following duties. Follow direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste and production. The Chef de Partie is responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.

Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. Menu Processor

The Menu Processor provides sole support to the Main Kitchen by ensuring the seamless and successful processing of the menus for production in a timely manner. Works closely with Purchaser, Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Sales Team to guide and assist the successful processing of menus for all events.

Senior Event Captain

The Senior Event Captain coordinates, organizes, and executes events. Responsible for making sure that the event is set correctly according to the function sheet, the food is presented well, and service is seamless. They are in charge of floor staff and making sure that staff are in uniform and serving the clients in a prompt and friendly manner. They are the liaison to the chefs and cooking staff communicating what food needs to be replenished. The Event Captain works directly with the Protocol team and Account Executives, and are in charge of addressing and remedying any questions or concerns that come up before or during service.

PT/FT Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Senior Staffing Manager

This position will assist the Director of Staffing in creating and maintaining a solid team of event personnel including Event Captains, Servers, Bartenders, Houseman, and any other supporting positions necessary for successful event execution. The Staffing Manager will execute a weekly schedule for all catered events and will maintain that schedule as changes occur.
