The winter weather only makes this dinner more spectacular – shiny and bright on a cold winter’s night!
Guests are well met with one of our signature cocktails, a Fig and Bourbon Old Fashioned, and passed hors d’oeuvres including Miniature Beef Wellington; Parmesan Crisps with Goat Cheese, Pistachios and Grapes; Potato-Leek Pancakes topped with housemade Duck Proscuitto; and savory Tartlets filled with Lump Crab and Tarragon Crème Fraîche.
Guests tuck into creamy Butternut Squash Risotto with toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil followed by lightly Smoked Beef Tenderloin with a rich Cheddar Torta and Haricots Verts with a brunoise of Red and Golden Beets.
