Manager On Duty

The Manager on Duty reports to the Transportation Manager and works with him/her to ensure events are dispatched on time. Primary responsibilities include managing vendors on the dock, answering and responding to emergency calls, and managing the transportation team in the building and on the road.

Assistant Pastry Chef

Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Pastry Assistant Chef is responsible for tasks that focus on the day to day activities with an emphasis on production, quality control, time management and kitchen sanitation. Assist pastry chef in all areas of the department while maintaining operating standards.

Catering Transportation Manager

The Transportation Manager oversees all functions of the Occasions Transportation Department. This position schedules and monitors all deliveries and pick ups, planning efficiently to minimize labor costs while ensuring on time arrivals. In conjunction with the Shipping and Receiving Manager and Manager on Duty, this position manages driver down time to guarantee maximum efficiency. The position oversees the entire fleet including maintenance, and advises on vehicle purchases. Facilitates proper communication and teamwork needed to satisfy internal sales department and other members of the management team.

Assistant Chef- On Call

The Assistant Chef will be required to assist in the execution of off premises events. Assistant Chef must mirror and enforce the policies and procedures set forth by the Executive Chef while keeping in line with the standards of the events. The Assistant Chef must have working knowledge of cooking duties including but not limited to: cooking techniques, knife skills, organizational and good listening skills.
