Sr. Accounting Manager

The Sr. Accounting Manager will report to the CFO. The Sr. Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and all subsidiary ledgers. The Sr. Accounting Manager will coordinate with and be supported by a corporate field accounting team, technical accounting team, and others.

Catering Warehouse Manager

The Catering Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing day to day warehouse operations, including the flow of equipment inventory (incoming, outgoing, and purchasing), staff development, and space management. You will help to develop, facilitate and drive initiatives such as implementation and management of our inventory system.

Catering Truck Driver

The Truck Driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the delivering and receiving operations. This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations between company and client sites. Food deliveries will be required throughout the region.

Account Executive

The Account Executive will develop and deliver sales strategy for MENUS. The AE will initiate contact with existing and potential clients, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs.

Operations Assistant

The operations assistant provides support to the Menus kitchen by ensuring the seamless and successful processing of the menus for production in a timeliness manner. Works closely with Menus Executive Chef, Transportation Manager, General Manager, and Sales Team to guide and assist with successful processing of menus for all events.

Senior Event Captain

The Senior Event Captain coordinates, organizes, and executes events. Responsible for making sure that the event is set correctly according to the function sheet, the food is presented well, and service is seamless. They are in charge of floor staff and making sure that staff are in uniform and serving the clients in a prompt and friendly manner. They are the liaison to the chefs and cooking staff communicating what food needs to be replenished. The Event Captain works directly with the Protocol team and Account Executives, and are in charge of addressing and remedying any questions or concerns that come up before or during service.

Pastry Cook

Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Pastry Cook prepares quality pastries such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, mousses, fruit curds, coulis, sauces and composed mini pastries, plated desserts, and buffet items. Assist in complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.

Janitor/Custodian

The Janitor/ Custodian is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

Food Expeditor

The Food Expeditor is responsible for gathering and organizing food from the kitchen and pastry departments, and packing it for transportation to event sites. The Assistant Food Expeditor will work with the Expediting Manager and Sous Chefs to check both the quality and quantity of the food that has been prepared. Ensures food is packed in accordance with the delivery timeline.

Savory Bread Baker

Reporting to the culinary leadership team, the Savory Baker manages and oversees the production and the baking of all savory bread applications. This includes, but not limited to, pizzas, pide, savory tarts, sandwich breads, and savory quick breads. Responsible for production of brioche and pate brisee from scratch. Assist in complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.

Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility
