Our passion for innovating, celebrating, and serving, evidenced over thirty-five years has built an exclusive community of team members, partners and clients alike who too like to do things differently. We believe in being responsible for what we’ve been given. From the beautiful ingredients that arrive in our kitchen, to food preparation and packaging, to deliveries and setup, we are committed to environmental accountability during our daily operation and throughout our events. In 2008, were became recognized as the first Green Caterer in the nation, certified by the Green Restaurant Association™. We strive to not just maintain but to improve upon our standing by implementing new green practices every year.
Some of our green practices include:

Our water conservation system saves approximately 680,000 gallons of water per year - equivalent to 63 backyard swimming pools. An in-house filtration and bottling system supplies our office, kitchen and events with still and sparkling bottled waters.
80% of our waste is kept from landfills through recycling and compositing throughout our operations. This includes our cooking oil which is converted into biofuel. This will keep about 35,000 pounds of waste out of landfills.
On the roof of our facilities, 400 solar panels offset our annual energy usage by 12%. We are adding even more solar panels, and by 2023, we will generate enough energy to power our entire 60,000 sq. ft. facility including our kitchens. We will save over 311,000 kWh of electricity, equivalent to taking 45 passenger cars off the road, per year.
